Why are you excluding only Fred Locke and not the other Marshall principals?

Because Fred Locke sold out on Marshall. He is the one with an aspiration to become the Marshall Focus Option School principal. People who know Fred Locke very well know that he does not know how to run a school. He is elitist and social climber.

Zarwen, All three principals may have spoken in support of the small focus school but Fred’s the only one cramming the idea down people’s throats. In my experience working with Fred, he was underhanded and used intimidation with staff to get what he wanted. He runs staff and kids out of his school. He’s contributed to the low achievement and decreased enrollment problems at the school.
