The inequities and illegal practices happening in special education now are the most concerning I have seen in PPS in the last 19 years. Conclusion... Maxine was one of the PPS folks who I believe purjored her testimony regarding Joseph, with no consequence. When i wrote the ALJ (Wesha Mize), asking why that was... she never got back to me. Guess it's true... "what goes around, comes around". Not as quickly as I'd like though.
