A Poll That PPS Isn’t Buying

I’d sure like to know what the highly paid PPS Communications staff get paid to do.  They seem to contract everything out.

As Ken Libby noted on the PPS Equity site, the district has agreed to pay $31,000 to hire an “opinion research and consultation” firm to tell them what people think about focus options

How about if PPS starts with asking whether or not people want focus option high schools?

Take this FREE Poll to let PPS administrators know how you feel about Focus Option high schools.

Stop the focus option plan, let’s try something new in the PPS: doing one or two things WELL, for a change!

1. Let’s “focus” on fixing and stabilizing (and equalizing) the K-8 debacle.

2. Get the community HS in place and start remedies to address EQUITY

There, two big jobs, ought to keep all those ‘consultants’ and fine folks at BESC busy for the next decade.

How about doing something RIGHT from the get-go for a change? Surprise the public!
