And Linda Christensen. We have a LOT of great local people - they're just not at BESC). I'm not sure it's possible to deprogram Duncan (oh, believe me, I wish we could). Like Joe says, he never puts himself in a position where he has to answer real questions. And, if you do ask him something tough, he just says, "I'll get back to you on that." Never does. He brought his Chicago communications department with him to DC, so we're likely to see the same thing at the national level.
