My money’s on Franklin and Jefferson. Wilson, Lincoln, Cleveland and Grant are immune, of course, and Madison and Marshall hold the boundaries against leakage to the neighboring districts. Roosevelt’s got to be on the short list, too, with talk of building a new facility in N. Pdx.
Of course, there is no way to know who voted in this poll, but, regardless, it’s really sad that the overwhelmingly majority of the respondents believe that PPS is lying to them. AGAIN.
